METEONORM Software

All METEONORM downloads run in demo mode for 10 days. To change to full mode, you need to buy and register the software!

TMY3 datasets (typical meteorological years of USA)

Beginning with version 6.1.0.14 all 1020 TMY3 datasets of NREL can be accessed. All files and especially the 995 not in version 6.1.0.1 included files can be downloaded from this site.

Download and copy the file in the data subdirectory of the Meteonorm installation path (default installation on XP: c:\programs\meteotest\mn_61\data\). You may need to have the right to write file on directory "c:" to do this.

note

Present METEONORM 6.0 user which upgrade to METEONORM 6.1 have to register again. They obtain a new password and get a new serial number as well. You can recognize the new serial number at the first two digit: 61xxxx.

METEONORM Patches

METEONORM 6.1 patches are delivered by automatic software update.

You can download the latest patches also by hand (e.g. if the automatic software update is blocked by the firewall). They do not consist of a complete new version, but only of corrected or improved files or databases. The installation is recommended.
